For the next few months, we have the opportunity to test-drive a 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE Van.  Let me start off by telling you that I LOVE the Sienna!!!  Not only is it comfortable for me (the driver), but it’s also very comfortable for our passengers.  If you have kids, you probably dread the words, “Are we there yet?”  Well, with the 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE Van, there are comforts and entertainment that make traveling with kids fun.  On the last road trip we took,  the words, “Are We There Yet,” were only said once.  I know – can you believe it?

Not only does the 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE fit all 6 of our kids, but it also has a television in it!  Yes, I am serious!!!  Now, I’ve done a lot of traveling and I can tell you that even as an adult, traveling can get boring.  Movies always make it better!  Included in the Sienna is a Dual View Entertainment Center with two Wireless Headphones.  The kids loved it!

The screen is easily stored.  When I first opened it up, I couldn’t believe how big the screen was!  I simply pushed the button and out popped this big screen.  Everyone I showed the van to couldn’t believe how big it was.

The actual DVD player is in the front (in between the driver and passenger seat).  When you want to put a DVD in, simply slide the DVD player cover down and insert the DVD into the player.  There is also a remote so the kids or passengers in the back seats can control the movie.  The volume is controlled through the radio in the front and can be heard in the front, back or both.

Have you traveled with kids in a van with an Entertainment Center?

I participated in a sponsored campaign with Toyota.

I love this van! I discovered it through a Consumer Reports write up. Now, I don’t have the family size but I figured if I did this would be my go to vehicle. Enjoy it! 🙂

  5. My husband and I are still coming to terms with the fact that with three kids, we’re probably going to end up driving a minivan in the near future. I have to say that this one looks about as cool as minivans get!

  6. I would love a Sienna! Lucky you for getting the opportunity to test drive it for a few months!

    Visiting from SITS!! 🙂
