Did you know that National Pi (like the number) Day is in March? Rather than celebrating the number, I’m putting my own twist on the word and celebrating my love for pie. ;I don’t know about you, but as much as I love pie, I have the hardest time finishing a whole pie! Now, mini pies? Well that’s another story. I’ve put together a collection of some of my favorite Mini Dessert Pies found on Foodie.com. I would love the Mini Chocolate Cream Pies! The recipe sounds yummy and the pies make my mouth water! This would be a great idea for family gatherings, to have more variety in choice of different pie selections. Something for everyone!
