With a big family comes the need for medical organization.  Whether it’s immunization history, prescription records, transferring of prescriptions or printing of prescription records – organization is key to reduced stress and increased health.  Walgreens Pharmacy is here to help make life just a little bit easier and to help keep our family healthier.

At our local Walgreens, I find products to meet my family needs.  Whether I’m looking for beauty supplies, medicines, food, or party supplies, I know I will get a good price and earn benefits while I shop!  One thing I love about our local Walgreens is that it’s open 24 hours a day and even has a 24-hour pharmacy.  It’s really great for those late nights when I just didn’t quite make it to the pharmacy during the day.

I recently headed to Walgreens and talked with the Pharmacist.  Over the past week, I’ve been battling a head cold.  I’ve been miserable with the sneezing, sniffling coughing, achey feelings and headaches.  I’ve been taking medication but was almost out.  I asked the Pharmacist what I should take and she made a recommendation for me.  My 10 year old also has a similar cold as me and she recommended an over-the-counter medicine.  The cashier who rang me up was friendly, helpful and made me feel like she really did care as she ended the transaction with “Be Well.”  Wow – just like the sign says!

Walgreens also provides an awesome Family Prescription Management service.  I can use it to keep my family organized both online and on the handy Walgreens Mobile App.  Plus, while I shop, I even earn points.  On the site, you’ll find helpful options such as Prescription History,  Medication Refills, and even Pharmacy Chat.  It’s pretty cool!  And to make your prescription refills as breezy as possible, you can even get Auto Refills and Refill Reminder Emails or Texts.  So you’ll never forget to refill your prescription again!

How do you keep your family’s medical information organized?

  1. That’s awesome the pharmacist was able to make a recommendation right there and you were able to avoid a trip to the doctor’s office! I hope you’re feeling better now! #client
