Broccoli and Artichoke Party Dip Recipe
We’re going into the second week of January, but I’m still trying to recover from the holidays. With lots of shopping, entertaining and cooking, it sure can take a lot out of ya! With the holiday entertaining came cooking and the discovery of some really yummy dishes! I recently discovered and loved the Broccoli and Artichoke Party Dip Recipe. Oh my gosh, it was so good!
This delicious, homemade crowd-pleaser was simple to make and the ingredients were budget-friendly. My family and friends (and myself) loved it, especially with the cut-up pieces of French bread I served with it. I don’t know about you, but when I serve a dish (whether it’s an appetizer, main dish, or dessert), I want it to be one of the best and most raved-about dishes at the party!
Thanks to Green Giant®, this holiday recipe was a hit! This simple and delicious, homemade dish gave me the time I needed to do my last minute shopping and party prepping, as well as enjoy the holidays with those who mattered most – my family and friends. I had tried the Green Giant® Broccoli & Cheese Sauce before, but never in a dish, yet alone a dip. It was really good! Check out for yourself just how easy the Broccoli and Artichoke Party Dip is to make!
BROCCOLI AND ARTICHOKE PARTY DIP
Ingredients:
– 1 bag (12 oz) Green Giant® Broccoli & Cheese Sauce
– 1 container (8 oz) Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Spread
– 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
– ½ cup Mayonnaise
– ¼ cup Milk
– 1 can (14 oz) Artichoke Hearts (drained, coarsely chopped)
– ¼ cup Roasted Bell Peppers (from a jar, drained, chopped) (I didn’t use these)
– ¼ tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
– 1 (16 inch) french baguette loaf, cut into ¼ -inch slices
Directions:
1 – Heat oven to 350˚F. Cook broccoli as directed on bag for minimum time. Chop the broccoli to about ½ -inch size.
2 – Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese spread, mayonnaise, ½ cup Parmesan cheese and the ground red pepper until well blended.
3 – Stir in the broccoli mixture and roasted bell pepper.
4 – Spoon into a 1 ½ quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup Parmesan cheese (I used a lot of Parmesan cheese on the top of our dish).
5 – Bake uncovered for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbly. Serve with baguette slices.
