Monster High Double Feature: Friday Night Frights, and Why Do Ghouls Fall In Love?
My 6-year-old daughter recently became a fan of Monster High, huge fan! And I have to admit; at first glance I didn’t see what the big deal was. However, after watching a few of their movies, they have converted me into a fan as well. Originality, uniqueness, and being different is cool – I like how they promote these qualities.
Monster High Double Feature includes Friday Night Frights and Why Do Ghouls Fall In Love? The Monster High ghouls are back and up to their usual antics! When the boys can’t compete in the Skulltimate Roller Maze Championships, Frankie Stein convinces her friends that some “ghoul power” is needed to save the day in the creeptastic, all-new movie, Friday Night Frights. Then, as the epic Sweet 1600th of Draculara approaches, she’s got two crush-worthy guys out to steal her heart (literally) before the big event in the new-to-DVD movie Why Do Ghouls Fall in Love? Get double the dose of ghoul school with these two, fangtastically fabulous adventures – tricked-out with skullastic style and spooktacular laughs!
I think both movies were entertaining. There’s enough jokes and antics that will go over kid’s heads to keep the adults interested and make it fun to watch with your kids. My daughter really likes Friday Night Frights as it is totally girl power. It tells girls they can do anything and should not give in to peer pressure.
Would make for a great stocking stuffer!

My daughter also loves watching Monster High and reading a few of the books that they have out.
Hi Jen. We haven’t broken out the books yet – maybe for Christmas. Happy holidays!
Any time my neice sees them she calls them the “scaries” she is 3. I’m sure in a year or so she will be totally into monsters.
