METHOD OF AWARDING PRIZES:  Funjet Vacations will provide an official “Congratulations Letter” to Social Moms to be given to the winner in order to redeem his/her vacation getaway. “Congratulations Letters” will be sent after Proof of Performance is received. The winner will 1) complete the form including signing a waiver and release and then 2) send the letter directly to FJV to reserve travel dates. Any other letter/notice regarding travel for a participating sponsor will NOT be valid for this promotion. Funjet Vacations’ standard terms and conditions apply.
