Pillsbury Celebrate More Fall Product 1

I love to bake and especially enjoy baking with Pillsbury products.  As part of the Pillsbury Celebrate More Program, I received a variety of goodies perfect for the Fall season.  The Pillsbury products I received included Perfectly Pumpkin Cake Mix, Perfectly Pumpkin Premium Cookie Mix, Caramel Apple Premium Cookie Mix, Caramel Apple Frosting and Pumpkin Crème Premium Cake Mix.  With the Perfectly Pumpkin Cake Mix, I created a Pumpkin Crème Cake.  To my surprise, it was a huge hit in our home!

Pillsbury Celebrate More Fall Line

Since the Pumpkin Crème Cake was such a hit and I loved using the Jelly Roll Pan, I decided to create a Pumpkin Brownie Cake.  It was really good.  It didn’t quite look like the picture with the recipe, but I still thought it was pretty and tasted yummy!  The only thing I did differently was I used a different brand of brownie mix, which I’m thinking may have been more dense than the Pillsbury brand.  I’ll try the Pillsbury brand next time and see what happens.

Directions

 1 – HEAT oven to 350°F.

2 – Coat 12-cup fluted tube pan very generously with baking spray with flour.

3 – Combine cake mix, 3/4 cup water, 2/3 cup oil, 4 eggs and pudding mix in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.

4 – PREPARE brownie mix batter according to package directions using 1/3 cup oil, 1/4 cup water and 1 egg. Reserve walnut packet for topping. Pour pumpkin batter into prepared pan. Top evenly with brownie batter. Do not mix.

5 – BAKE 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6 – Cool 30 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.

7 – Serve warm and enjoy.

The Pillsbury Fall line is full of yummy products that make tasty goodies for the entire family.  Plus, they are super easy to make.  A big thanks to Pillsbury for providing this opportunity on The Mommy-Files.
