As a mom to a set of twins (boy and girl), I do a lot of kid-related crafts, but let me tell you, I enjoy adult crafts just as much!  I grew up with the original “Beverly Hills, 91210,” and I continually find myself shocked at how much Tori Spelling (AKA “Donna Martin”) has blossomed.  She shares her “Tasty Tips for Halloween Entertaining”  in which there are several adult crafting ideas. Cupcakes, Spider’s Web, Napkin Rings, and Boo Signs are just a few clever and creative ways to utilize Starbursts’ Candy Corn into as entertaining accessories.

Festive Favors

Sending your guests home during the Halloween season with a taste treat is always fun.  These Festive Favors can be displayed on an embellished tray for your guests to pick up as they leave your party, or as part of a place setting.

What you will need:

*  Starburst Candy Corn
*  Small Jar
* Twine, Yarn, or Ribbon
*  Scissors
*  Paper (We used Halloween Scrapbook Paper)
*  Pen

Materials

Step 1:  Fill jars with assorted Starburst Candy Corn pieces.

Step 2:  To make gift tags, print or write a short message multiple times on a piece of paper in the 1″ x 2″ shape of your choice.  For the message, we suggest: “Thanks for brightening up my (our) Halloween!”

Gift Tag

Step 3:  Once complete, use scissors to cut the individual gift tags and punch a single hole at one end of each tag.  We used decorative cutting scissors, but any scissors/ shape will work.

Step 4:  Weave your twine, ribbon, or yarn through the opening and tie the gift tag around the rim of the jar.

Happy Halloween, and Happy Crafting!

What craft would you make with your Starburst Candy Corn for Halloween or the Fall Season?

    Cute idea! I don’t like the taste of regular candy corn, but I might like the Starburst ones.

      If you like regular Starbursts, these flavors are very close. Very Yummy! Plus when you make crafts out of them, you don’t have to eat them for something to look cool.
