Father and daughter.

September is National Preparedness Month and Master Lock is here to help us keep our families, homes, and personal belongings safe.  As a member of the Live Secure Safety Squad, I had the opportunity to review two items to make our home and personal belongings more secure.  I received a Laminated Padlock – No. 5D and an 8413DPF Python Adjustable Locking Cable – both which are perfect for getting started to protect our home and personal belongings with National Preparedness Month!

Master Lock Laminated Padlock

LAMINATED PADLOCKS

My Thoughts:
I find that the Laminated Padlocks really come in handy when you have a storage locker.  I used one when I was in the process of moving from Washington to California.  It’s also great to use on a tool box, especially if you have one in the back of your truck or in your backyard.  I definitely felt more secure knowing that I had sturdy and reliable padlock on the containers holding our personal belongings.  What would you use the Laminated Padlocks for?

Product Features:
– 2″ (51mm) wide laminated steel body for superior strength
– Hardened boron alloy shackle for maximum cut resistance
– Dual locking levers provide extra pry resistance
– 4-pin cylinder helps prevent picking

Best Used For:
– Residential Gates & Fences
– Sheds, Workshops & Garages
– Storage Lockers
– Tool Chests & Tool Boxes
