The survey revealed many misconceptions about occasional constipation. Forty-one percent of women polled think that occasional constipation is not a condition they need to worry about at their age. Although older adults are more likely to report problems with constipation than younger adults, poor diet, lack of physical activity, certain medications and dehydration can be the cause of the condition at any age.(1) In addition, only one in three women knew it could be the result of surgery.(2)

I haven’t decided, but I’d say the Kindle, I think.
I don’t really have constipation except something related to it when I am at the beginning of my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. The pain is worse than labor. I have gone to my physician – several, in fact- and they chalk it up to needing miralax and bad diet. Well, when I follow their instructions, I still feel no better than I was before.
I would choose the Hyatt Gift Card if I won. I am comfortable discussing constipation because it is a problem many people have and if I experienced it I would want to find a way to get my digestive system back to normal.
