Land O’ Lakes Pin a Meal, Give a Meal

Did you know that one in six people are living at risk of hunger in America?  That is a pretty scary thing!  But rest assured, there is hope and ways to help!  Land O’Lakes has partnered with Feeding America® to kick off a Pin a Meal, Give a Meal campaign.  As of Friday, March 29th, Land O’Lakes has given 947,464 meals!  That is so inspiring!

Simply pin or re-pin any Land O’Lakes recipe and Land O’Lakes will donate 8 meals to Feeding America for every pin.  Plus, get easy meal ideas and help fight hunger at the same time.  For every Land O’Lakes recipe that is pinned or re-pinned between March 4th and May 1st, the Land O’Lakes Foundation will donate $1 to Feeding America (up to $250,000 or 2 million meals).

In order to participate, you will need to have a Pinterest account.  Creating a Pinterest account is easy and free!  Simply visit https://pinterest.com/join/signup and create an account today.  Once you’ve created your Pinterest account or have logged in, visit the Land O’Lakes Pin a Meal, Give a Meal page and start pinning.  You’ll be getting yummy recipe ideas and feeding the hungry at the same time.  What an awesome cause!!!

Recipes include Salads, Appetizers, Main Entrees, and Desserts!  I re-pinned so many great meals that I would love to make for my family, and fed the hungry at the same time.  What a great feeling!  What meals will you re-pin today to help feed the hungry?
