Cancelling Your Premium Membership is Easy!

How many times have you signed up for a membership just to be totally annoyed because it took ten times as long to cancel it?  You have to jump through tons of hoops just to get a person on the phone or the cancel option in your account.

I don’t know about you, but when I cancel a subscription or membership, I sometimes prefer to talk with a representative so that I know the process was completed.  You can cancel your subscription by contacting a Customer Care representative.  When you contact the office, the representative will verify that you are the owner of the account and then they can proceed with canceling your membership.  You will have access to membership services until the end of your subscription term.


What if you pay for your membership with PayPal?  If your payments are set up through PayPal, you will need to contact PayPal to stop payments.  Otherwise, PayPal may continue sending payments even though you no longer want the services.

    I was scammed while trying to cancel subscription. An Email “specialist ” interrupted and asked if I needed help. I said yes not knowing…. He then asked for a $5 “good faith”payment and used PayPal and got charged $42 for it!! All because I had no phone to cancel. There’s a penalty for that! You must talk!!

    I want my account cancelled. The person I was searching for do not have cellphone number,therefore, my search was futile. I was shocked why I was billed the regular rate instead of $1.00 only.
