Delicious Pairings with Starbucks & Cinnamon Rolls from Sam’s Club #DeliciousPairings #CBias

This weekend, we were hosting our 4th Annual Cookie Exchange and headed to Sam’s Club to pick up some yummy goodies to serve our guests.  At Sam’s Club, we found the perfect pairings to serve – the Starbucks Limited Edition Holiday Blend Coffee and Artisan Fresh Cinnamon Rolls.  These will go perfectly with the cookies we’re gonna be enjoying!

As we walked through the store in search for the coffee and cinnamon rolls, we picked up a few gifts for the kids for Christmas.  It was pretty easy finding the Starbucks Limited Edition Holiday Blend Coffee and Artisan Fresh Cinnamon Rolls.  The Holiday Blend Coffee was being sold at an awesome price – only $18.98 for a 2 pound bag!  If you were to buy a 1 pound bag from Starbucks directly, you’d be paying $14.95.  I decided to get the Artisan Fresh Mini Cinnamon Rolls since we were going to have many guests at our cookie exchange.

This was my first time trying the Starbucks Limited Edition Holiday Blend Coffee and it was so good!!!  It was even better when it was paired with the cinnamon rolls.  My favorite part of the coffee-making process is when the Holiday Blend is brewing in the coffee pot.  Oh man, it smells so good and really gives the house that Christmas aroma.  This was my first time (and definitely not last) time brewing the Starbucks coffee at home – usually I buy it already prepared in the store.  I will definitely be picking up more of the Starbucks Coffee Blends from Sam’s Club!

The first task was to try the Starbucks Holiday Coffee by itself.  I am usually a cream and sugar type of girl, but I really liked the Starbucks Holiday Blend without adding either.  This full bodied dark roast is both spicy and rich with aged Sumatran beans and is an excellent choice – whether starting your day or enjoying holiday activities with family and friends.  It is the perfect blend of Asia Pacific and Latin America!

I then tried the Starbucks Holiday Blend Coffee paired with the Artisan Fresh Cinnamon Rolls and I have just one word to describe my experience – DELICIOUS!!!  Pairing the coffee with the cinnamon roll really brought out some of the flavors I hadn’t noticed alone – especially the cinnamon from the cinnamon roll.  Complimentary notes for the Holiday Blend include ginger, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange, and cloves.  A tip for keeping your coffee fresh is to keep the bag sealed tight in a cabinet (not in the refrigerator) and brew within a week of opening.  Get the best deal at your local Sam’s Club!

Everyone at the Cookie Exchange really enjoyed the Starbucks Holiday Blend Coffee and Artisan Fresh Cinnamon Rolls, plus the cookies!  The coffee and cinnamon rolls definitely complimented our Cookie Exchange and everyone left saying they looked forward to next year’s event.
