I can’t believe that Christmas is almost here!  Christmas shopping is underway and so is the search for the perfect stocking stuffers for our kids.  Every Christmas, we have a tradition of the boys unwrapping a gift on Christmas Eve.  That gift is always a pair of new jammies.  This year, the kids will get to open up their jammies on Christmas Day, as well as find goodies in their stockings from Santa Claus.

When I was at Walmart, I picked up 8 stockings – 1 for each of us – plus glue and glitter so that we can personalize our stockings with our names.  I wouldn’t be surprised if Santa includes a Colgate Toothbrush and Toothpaste in each of their stockings, along with all the other yummy treats and goodies.

For a limited time, you can find the Colgate Holiday Packs for children, featuring Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob SquarePants.  These Holiday Packs are great gifts for children and are sure to bring out those holiday smiles! The Colgate Holiday Packs include a Nickelodeon Dora the Explorer or SpongeBob SquarePants toothbrush and toothpaste together in one pack.  At my local Walmart, they didn’t have the Colgate Holiday Packs, but did have the individual toothbrushes and toothpaste, so those are what I purchased for the kids.

You can find these Holiday Packs on an endcap display or on a display in the center of the aisle (like I found) at your local Walmart.  Plus, you’ll find that it is a better bang for your buck and you’ll be paying a lower price for the Holiday Pack than for the toothbrush and toothpaste separately.

If you have a child who has a hard time brushing his or her teeth, or is uncertain as to how long brushing should last, the Colgate Holiday Packs are perfect for you.  Especially around the holidays, with all of the sweets our children eat, it’s a great treat to have a new, battery-operated toothbrush.

When we got home, I started decorating the stockings with glue and glitter.  The boys are gonna be so excited when they see their stockings filled with goodies from Santa!  Decorating them was easy!  I purchased the felt stockings from Walmart for $0.98 each and then wrote the name with Elmer’s Glue.  Then I sprinkled with red glitter, completely covering the letters.  Then I shook the excess glitter off and had my hand-decorated Christmas stockings.  Now to fill them with sweets and a Colgate Toothbrush and Toothpaste.

Great job on the stockings. I’ve never done something this crafty with my son. I’m horrible at that 🙁
