Walgreens Balance Rewards Loyalty Program #BalanceRewards #CBias

I don’t know about you, but I shop on a budget.  I look for ways to purchase our daily necessities that are affordable and convenient.  I especially love programs where I earn rewards based on the purchases I would be making anyways.  So, I was super excited when I heard that Walgreens was starting a new Balance Rewards Loyalty Program.  It’s easy, convenient, and you’ll find it is totally worth your while.

To start the process, I signed up for a Walgreens account online.  All I needed was my first name, last name and email address.  Once you have created a Walgreens account, you can then sign up for the Balance Rewards Program.  I signed up for both in less than 5 minutes.

My next step was to download the FREE Walgreens App on my iPhone.  It was so easy!  Within minutes, I had Walgreens at my fingertips.  You can also sign up for a Walgreens account, as well as the Balance Rewards Program on your phone.  With the Walgreens Balance Rewards Loyalty Program, you earn points with purchases you make both in the store and online.  So, not only do you save on the purchases you make, but you also earn points that add up and can be redeemed for items at Walgreens.  You can begin accumulating and redeeming your points in store and online beginning September 16.  Earning points is easy.  You earn points on thousands of items, including every prescription and immunization, as well as when you Walk with Walgreens.  Plus, if you sign up before September 15, you have a chance to win 1 million points.

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make a purchase with the Walgreens app on my phone.  I browsed through the Makeup first.  I found Maybelline Super Stay Concealer, which also happened to be on sale – Buy One, Get One Half Off.  I chose my color and the quantity and added it to my cart.  Then I added some Mechanical Pencils for the boys for school.  Those were also on sale.  Lastly, I added some feminine products.  My total was over $25.00, so I received FREE Standard Delivery Shipping.

Within a few minutes, I received an email from Walgreens.  The email had my purchased itemized, including the names of the products, quantities, sale prices, total price, and address the package would be shipped to.  Once the items were shipped, I received another email letting me know that the order was complete.  My package was on the way.  I couldn’t believe how easy and convenient it was to shop through the app on my phone.  The Walgreens App is awesome because it not only made my life a little easier, but also cheaper!
