Back to School with the Boys & Girls Club of America
I don’t know about you, but I can’t believe my boys are already back to school! How this year is flying by! Are you familiar with the Boys & Girls Club of America (BGCA)? I personally had no clue how much the Boys & Girls Club of America contributes to the Back-to-School Season for children all over the country! Check it out.
For more than 100 years, Boys & Girls Club of American (BGCA) has provided kids with a safe haven and fun, highly engaging activities to help them develop the creativity and confidence necessary to succeed in school. Through programs geared towards education, leadership development, arts and fitness, BGCA helps young people reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
This year, preparations have begun at the Boys & Girls Club of America (BGCA) nationwide for the influx of students throughout the year. To make sure all kids, especially those in need, are prepared for academic success this year, BGCA has launched the Tools for Back to School initiative. The campaign includes various activities for the public to support and ensure Clubs have adequate school supplies and materials. For example, BGCA and Disney have launched a pop-quiz style game where supplies will be donated to BGCA for correct answers scored. Plus, the BGCA website features an abundant supply of educational resources and content, offering numerous ways for Moms and Dads to engage and support the organization. Also, when you visit JCPenney in August, join JCP Cares and round up your purchase to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs.
BGCA offers different educational content and tip sheets for parents to download and utilize. Simply visit the BGCA website, and click on the link on the left hand site that reads, “Get Ready.”
I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Boys and Girls Club. I received a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.

I love that they continue doing more. I benefited from the Boys And Girls Club after school program at my elementary school. I definitely don’t take them for granted!
