I don't know about you, but I always feel prettier when I have makeup on.  So, you can imagine my excitement when I had the opportunity to check out the Revlon Expression Experiment.  In my kit, there were all kinds makeup products and I definitely felt beautifed after trying them out.

With the Revlon Expression Experiment, Revlon is looking to inspire women and push us out of our comfort zone by actively engaging us in new expressions.  By delivering functional tools, education, inspiration and new products that enable us to express ourselves in a new way.  Revlon is pushing us to express ourselves as individuals.

My kit came with lots of goodies.  In it was nail polish, lipstick (in 2 different colors), Eye Primer and Brightener, PhotoReady Eye Primer and Brightener, and two different Eye Shadow Palletes.  I wasn't sure these were my colors, but when I applied the colors, they looked way better on my skin than I thought they would.  I was surprised and now have a new love for Revlon products!  I can't wait to try out some more Revlon products!

For my eyes, I started with the Revlon PhotoReady Eye Primer and Brightener.  I used the Revlon ColorStay Bombshell Color Pallette.  First, I dusted highlighter under my browbone.  However, after researching, I found that you can dust the highlighter all over your eye and up to the browbone to create a base.  Then I swept the lighter color all over my lid.  The next step was to use the accent shade on my outer corners – this creates dramatic eyes.  The final step was to contour my eyes by applying the deepest shade in the crease.

I really enjoyed this campaign with Revlon and the new side of myself I discovered.  Revlon helps to empower women all over by accentuating each woman's beauty, which then validates her own feeling of self-worth.  Revlon gives us easy-to-use, affordable, and quality products so that we can discover our own faces of beauty.  I encourage you to share with us your own expressions and leave a comment below.  Also, be sure to join the movement of self expression with the Revlon Expression Experiment Facebook application.
