STRAWBERRY, BANANA, & PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

– 6 ice cubes
– 1 1/2 cups of DOLE Strawberry, Orange, Banana Juice (or any juice flavor you prefer)
– 1 small banana
– 1 tablespoon peanut butter
– 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
– 5-10 frozen strawberries

In a blender, add ice cubes, juice, small banana (broken into 3 pieces for easier blending), peanut butter,  protein powder, and frozen strawberries. Blend until ice is crushed and ingredients are combined.  Serve in a cup with a straw and a strawberry on the side. Also, Juice Buff has 16 uses to use up juice pulp after making your favorite fruit juice or green juice.

Great smoothie recipe. I would double the peanut butter, no matter how many more calories it adds 🙂
