My mom teaching me to cook !!
So many memories and traditions are tied to food. I remember baking gingerbread men with my Grandma. In the summer we’d go help her pick raspberries and then she’d make the best jam in the world.

I love decorating my kids’ birthday cakes with the birthday child
One of my favorite food memories was cooking the traditional sauerbraten and potato balls New years dinner with my enitre family ( Aunts/Uncles/Cousins/Grandparents)
The first time my oldest daughter tried to cook dinner on her own. She was so proud of herself. The meatloaf was charred on the outside and raw in the middle but it’s the effort that counts right?

My daughter and I were making a Birthday cake for my son’s 17th Birthday. He walked in the kitchen wanting to know what we were doing and my daughter and I looked at each other and turned around and got my son so good with the cake batter. It started the most hilarious food fight in history.
Making cookies for Christmas with my Nana is my fav all around
My favorite memory is getting together with the whole family, making up a big batch of goulash or potato dumplings, and sitting around the table for a couple of hours.
