I am so happy to have had the opportunity to participate in a campaign with Social Fabric, All You Magazine, Walmart, and a local charity.  In my first post, I shopped for the All You Magazine at my local Walmart and then purchased a few toys to donate to a local charity.  I chose to donate the toys to our local Women’s Shelter – an amazing organization helping women and children in need of immediate assistance.  I also posted a photographic series of my first post on Google Plus.

It was hard choosing only $25 worth of toys.  I wanted to buy so many more, but that was my limit.  I looked and looked through the toy aisles at Walmart and thought about what toys they would want for the children there.  I finally decided on 2 toys to donate to them.  I chose a bag of MegaBloks (something for them to take their minds off their current situations and build something positive) and a Hasbro Cars Memory Game.

I was so excited to deliver the MegaBloks and Cars Memory Game to the Women’s Shelter and I know they will be so happy to receive these fun toys!  Champions For Kids is an amazing organization and I want to thank for them the opportunity to participate!

It always warms my heart to see companies do things for social organizations! The Womens Shelter was a great choice so many women have only the clothes on their backs literally – I am sure you made some child happy!

I admire all the stuff you go out and do! This is a great little program! I’m glad there are people that have a good heart and spread the joy.
