One of the dishes I was introduced to in Seattle and fell in love with was Pho!  I love this stuff and could eat it every night if I had to!  I usually order the Beef Pho and then add Bean Sprouts, Mint leaves, and Lime.  It is so good and I was so excited to find a restaurant that serves it in San Luis Obispo – only $8.95 a bowl – plus you get the yummy Chinese hot tea!  Check out Mandarin Gourmet if you are ever visiting the Central Coast, or better yet, if you live here!
