We love to go to the movies and sometimes it can be challenging waiting in the lines with 3 anxious boys who are excited to see a new flick! Fandango.com has made it even easier to purchase tickets to go to the movies. I couldn’t believe how many different areas there were on Fandango.com. You can read find a theater near you, select a movie you want to see, browse the showtimes, and buy tickets. Plus, you can watch trailers and related clips, look through photo galleries, read about actors starring in the movie, and much more!

Thanks to Collective Bias, I recently had the opportunity to purchase tickets for “Happy Feet Two” and take my boys to see the movie in the theater.  Buying tickets was so easy!  You have the option to pay with a credit card or paypal.  Then, you can either print your tickets at home or print your tickets at the kiosk in the movie theater!  How sweet is that?

Plus, I have a Regal Reward, since I love going to the movies, and I can even use that when making my movie ticket purchase through Fandango.  If you aren’t familiar with Regal Reward card, you are missing out!  You earn points for each movie ticket you buy, as well as concessions you purchase.  Your points build up and you receive vouchers right on the spot for FREE popcorn, FREE soda, and even FREE movie tickets!  I hadn’t noticed it before, but you can enter your Regal Rewards card when you’re purchasing your tickets and accrue the points with no hassle at all.

We own the original Happy Feet on DVD and were curious to see what Happy Feet Two was like.  It was a cute movie, but not as good as the first one.  The boys still seemed to enjoy it as they ate their popcorn and sipped on their waters.  Robin Williams and Elijah Wood did a great job with the voices.  As I watched Happy Face Two, I had the urge to get up and start dancing! It is definitely a kid-friendly movie.

  2. We saw the original, but haven’t made it out to number 2 yet. I do love how easy Fandango is. We used it as a kind of “line jump” when Cars 2 came out.
