The holidays are upon us and people everywhere are dressing up their homes in holiday attire.  One of my favorite places to shop for holiday decorations is Walmart.  There is a variety of decorations at budget-friendly prices.

I was recently given the opportunity to shop for three different items, priced around $5.00, $10,00, and $20.00, from the Better Homes & Gardens holiday line.  There were candles, dishes, tablecloths, and other tabletop decorations.  It was hard to choose from, but I finally found the items I wanted to purchase.

The first item I purchased was the Better Homes & Gardens Red Holiday Tablecloth for $9.88.  This was going to be the basis for our holiday dinner table, a place where our family bonds and grows through good food and conversation.  I love the brightness it adds to the room and how much it really dresses up the dining room table.  The tablecloth was also available in a cream color and a plaid color.

The next item I purchased was the Better Homes & Gardens Holiday Dinner Setting Set for $30.00.  The different patterns includes Poinsetta, Holly, and a burgundy colored set.  I chose the set with the Holly pattern.  The dish set came with four dinner plates, four salad plates, and four bowls.  This is a limited edition set specifically for the holiday season.

The final item I purchased for this promotion was the Better Homes & Gardens Set of 3 Scented Votive Candles for $8.00.  This set of 3 decorative candles added the final touch to my holiday table.  There was also a set of 3 Scented Votive Candles dressed up with holly as part of the holiday line.

One item I added to my table that was not part of my budgeted amount was the Better Homes & Gardens Holly Salt and Pepper Set.  I purchased this set for $2.98.

Be sure to stop by your local Walmart and check out the Better Homes & Gardens holiday line and dress up your home for the holidays.

Follow Walmart and Better Homes & Gardens on Facebook.

I received gift cards in the amount of $5.00, $10, and $20.00 to purchase products from the Better Homes & Gardens holiday line at my local Walmart to facilitate this review.  The items purchased were $8.00, $9.88, and $30.00.  All opinions expressed in this post are 100% mine.

I’ve always thought it would be nice to have special holiday dish ware. I have no room in this little apartment though to store it! Someday 😉

I’ve been married for 30 years come spring and I’ve always wanted a beautiful holiday dinnerware set. I love the Better Homes and Gardens limited edition Christmas set that is out, but having trouble finding all the pieces. Having to go online and pay a high price for some that are no longer sold in stores, but I want every thing to this set… Please help locate some of the pieces. Deer cookie jar, cardinal salad plate, or two chickadees salad plate. Thank-you!!
