    I liked Splenda on Facebook! To stay healthy, I like to eat healthy foods most of the time (but allow myself to indulge, within reason) and also to work out, although not too heavily. Particularly I like to run – I feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Everyone has a certain activity they love, and running is mine!

    Liked Slenda on FB! And also I do a LOT of little things instead of concentrating as much on the bigger things. It adds up. For instance, I don’t use sugar in tea or coffee. Coffee I use flavored creamers and for tea I use honey! And I have a serious A.D.D. issue and I chew sugar free gum non-stop to keep my mind off food!

    I like splenda on facebook. One of the things I do to stay healthy is I drink a glass of orange juice every morning and take a vitamin c pill everyday. I think this keeps me from having colds and the flu, since I very seldom get them since I started doing this. Thanks for having the contest!
