My BOO Bag Creation

I love working with Collective Bias and recently had the opportunity to participate in a Halloween shoppertunity with Walmart!  My task was to head to my local Walmart and check out the different Halloween candies available.  I couldn’t believe how much candy there was!  I love that the boxes have the prices displayed on them, in addition to the various signs in front of and above the boxes filled with bags of candy.

For my BOO Bag, I had to buy at least one bag of MARS Snickers brands candies and then a few other bags of MARS candies.  I had a hard time making up my mind, as I love them all!  I ended up choosing a bag of Plain M&M’s, since I know my surprise recipient has kids and will end up sharing with them.  I also purchased Milky Way, one of my personal favorites.  I know she’ll love the BOO Bag and I even get to hand deliver it to her!

There were so many different Halloween bags and tissue papers to choose from.  Originally I was going to use an Orange gift bag and then decorate it with markers and stickers, but then I found THE ultimate BOO Bag!  It was perfect and even rang up for a smaller amount due than was posted on the sign!  Sweet!  I decided to go with the standard orange and black Halloween tissue paper to decorate the bag with.

The cashier was very sweet and friendly.  She thought it was a little strange that I asked her to take a picture, but did it with a big smile on her face.

For my surprise recipient, I chose a very special friend who is going to be thrilled when I hand deliver the BOO bag to her personally.  I actually had planned on a trip to visit her this weekend, so it works out perfectly!  She loves chocolate and is going to love the BOO bag.  She is a very busy mom and it was no question that I wanted to choose her to surprise the BOO bag with.
I love working with Social Fabric and have so much fun with these shoppertunities!  I especially love the holiday shoppertunities and am excited to have the opportunity to share with you my experience.  I look forward to working with Collective Bias on more campaigns in the future!  A big thanks goes to Collective Bias for this shoppertunity!

How fabulous is that? You got to make a boo bag AND you get to hand deliver it! How fun that you are close enough to your blogging buddies that you can actually visit 🙂
