About a year ago, I met a mom in MOMS Club whom I found out was a Zumba instructor.  I had never taken a Zumba class before, but heard it was tons of fun.  I went to one of her classes and had so much fun!  Unfortunately, due to my schedule, I’ve been unable to attend, but I’m excited to get back into it again!  The music is fun, the dancing is fun, and you don’t even know that you’re working out!  Here is some information on Zumba Girl Fitness.

Looking for something that’s fun to do, and just for you??  Try Zumba Fitness!  It’s a great way to burn hundreds of calories while having fun and dancing your cares away.  You’ll dance to Latin and International music that is energizing and makes you feel great.  You don’t even have to know how to dance…just get moving!

Trish Hall offers drop-in Zumba Fitness classes in Arroyo Grande, California, in the mornings and evenings.  Check the current schedule at www.gozumbagirl.com.  Your first class is free, then just $6 any time you go to class, or prepay a punch card with 10 classes for $50.  It’s that easy!  There is a childcare option available through the Central Coast Kid’s Club in Arroyo Grande as well.  All the information is at www.gozumbagirl.com or contact Trish directly at 805-801-7012 or trishmhall@sbcglobal.net.

Come see what all the buzz is about!

Wish they had something here for my teen and tween daughters…who could really use some exercise. I know they have a WIi game of this too, but havent heard much about it. Love to do this too but health is not good right now. Thanks!

Eileen, you can also purchase various DVDs with the Zumba creator and his instructors teaching various classes. I have them and that’s a great option if you can’t/ don’t want to go to live classes!
