About a year ago, I met a mom in MOMS Club whom I found out was a Zumba instructor.  I had never taken a Zumba class before, but heard it was tons of fun.  I went to one of her classes and had so much fun!  Unfortunately, due to my schedule, I’ve been unable to attend, but I’m excited to get back into it again!  The music is fun, the dancing is fun, and you don’t even know that you’re working out!  Here is some information on Zumba Girl Fitness.

Wish they had something here for my teen and tween daughters…who could really use some exercise. I know they have a WIi game of this too, but havent heard much about it. Love to do this too but health is not good right now. Thanks!

Eileen, you can also purchase various DVDs with the Zumba creator and his instructors teaching various classes. I have them and that’s a great option if you can’t/ don’t want to go to live classes!
