This Thanksgiving was different than past Thanksgivings but I had a lot to be thankful for and family to share it with.  First thing in the morning, I woke up and baked a yummy Breakfast Casserole…followed by preparing yummy Spinach Dip.  When my stepmom woke up, she put together the stuffing and had the turkey in the oven by the time I was out of the shower.

I had been up late the night before and took a nice cat nap with my 2 year old.  When I woke up, they had the Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Potato Casserole, and Stuffing in the oven.  The potatoes were cooked, so all I had to do was add butter, sour cream, milk, and garlic salt and mash those babies together.

Dinner was so good and I was so stuffed afterwards!  My favorite dish this year was actually the Sweet Potato Casserole – with the marshmallows on top of course.  It was the perfect texture, temperature, and sweetness!  The turkey was a Butterball and amazingly tender and full of flavor!

Here are some pics from Thanksgiving in our home!

Our beautiful Butterball Turkey!  Yummy!

Grandpa, Brian, Auntie Amber, Dallen, Grandma, Sam, and I’m supposed to be in the empty seat. 🙂  Complete with Christmas music in the background.  I LOVE Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone had a very Happy Thanksgiving!  I am thankful for so much in my life and hope you took a minute to think about the blessings in your life as well.  A few things I am thankful include my 3 boys, my family (including parents and sibilings), my friends, a roof over our head, heat, my health, and my blog!

What are you thankful for?
