I don’t know about you, but I think there is too much BAD NEWS in the world. I’d like to explore a new possibility on The Mommy-Files – TELL YOUR GOOD NEWS TUESDAY!

Whether it has to do with work, your kids, your spouse, your parents, something you saw, etc., etc., etc., post your GOOD NEWS here and let’s talk about the good things in our lives!

My good news is that I went to an amazing Parenting Class this past week and I can’t wait until our next session!

We have trash pick up! WE just moved and its been 2 weeks without pickup!! YAY Also its almost FALL!!!!!!!

Yesterday a small plastic cover for the built in garage door open on my car broke. I called Volswagen and I would have to replace the visor for $600!! The whole visor for one tiny peice of plastic. Lots of internet searches and phone calls over 90 minutes and I am getting the part for ree from Homelink the maker of the built in opener!! I am so excited I saved $600! Of course I was just going to superglue it but I also found out a few people tried that and shorted out their steering column so I am happy I read that too before I did the same thing!

Today I tried this new recipe for my family and our room mates! it was Italian marinated chicken and everyone loved it, I normally dont cook all that well! also I ended up with free tickets for Myself and my step daughter to go to the rock and roll hall of fame on Friday!
