“Martha Speaks: Martha Goes to School” DVD Review

On July 20th, PBS Kids and Paramount Home Entertainment released “Martha Speaks: Martha Goes to School” on DVD! My boys enjoy watching the “Martha Speaks” series and liked this DVD as much as the other ones. PBS Kids is constantly coming out with new, fun and educational shows and this is just one of them. You can find the DVD in stores or online, retailing for $14.99.

SYNOPSIS: 

The endearing beloved family dog, Martha, has a lot to say in her new release Martha Goes to School.  Join Martha and her family as they discover hundreds of new words to teach children.  Based on the successful children’s book series by Susan Meddaugh, and now airing on PBS KIDS, the DVD features eight new-to-DVD episodes, printable coloring pages, resources for parents and descriptive video service for the visually impaired.

What’s Bothering Bob? – What’s gotten into Bob?  He’s off his chain and chasing Truman all over town.

Martha Spins a Tale – Martha tells Jake the story of Goldi-Martha, the Skits Hatter, and Little Red Riding Helen.

MY THOUGHTS

My boys really enjoyed watching “Martha Speaks: Martha Goes to School” on DVD.  I love that the show is both fun and educational!  A big thanks goes to PBS Kids and Paramount Home Entertainment for another great kids television show!
