Aloha Friday #51
Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday! Thanks to Kailani at An Island Life, I participate in Aloha Friday each Friday!
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that they take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
My question is:
What is your favorite romantic movie? What was the last romantic movie you saw?
I love “The Notebook!” It doesn’t matter how many times I watch it, I cry every time! I just watched “Letters to Juliette.” At first, it was a little slow and Victor and Charlie were both very annoying. But I loved the ending! Romeo and Juliet with a happy ending! Yay!
Feel free to link up your Aloha Friday posts below!
I think i loved The Lake House 🙂
And last romantic movie… idk.. i watch a lot of chick-flicks i don’t look for romantic movies necessarily if it happens to be one then fine if not i am all about sassy flicks…go Gilmore Girls:)
Happy Friday and here’s my Aloha!

I have so many favorite romantic movies, it’s hard to choose just one. I love You’ve Got Mail, Sense and Sensibility, Australia, and Serendipity.
It’s a toss between Harry met Sally and You’ve Got Mail.
Have a great Friday!

Oh my favorite romance movie is Love Me If You Dare 😀
But I really liked Letters to Juliet which was the last romance movie I saw!!
Sleepless in Seattle was always my favorite – especially since I grew up there. 🙂 I haven’t seen a good one in quite a long time (having a 7 year old choose the movies doesn’t help) but I just recently picked up The Notebook on DVD – hopefully I’ll con hubby into watching it with me soon! 😉
Aloha Friday: Father’s Day
Watching “When Harry Met Sally” is my New Year’s Eve tradition. I also love “Much Ado About Nothing” at any time of year.
I really liked valentines day
“somewhere in time” is my favorite.
The last one I really can’t remember. I did see ” A holiday” and I really love that one. but I know it was not the last one.
My Aloha Friday Link for you
My Favorite Romantic movie is The Bridges of Madison County and the last romantic movie I saw was Music and Lyrics
I love all Rom Coms and can’t think of the last one I saw. I didn’t really like “It’s Complicated” though. Thought it was kind of dumb.

My all time favorite is an oldie: “An Affair to Remember” – I’m a huge Cary Grant fan.
The last romantic movie I saw was actually on TV because hubby doesn’t like to go see them. I happened to watch “Sleepless in Seattle” which has a great scene in there about “An Affair to Remeber” which always makes me cry and laugh at the same time.
Great question… 🙂
