   Trying To Stay Calm is the name of my blog. My mom is always telling me “calm down my dear”. My sister calls me stressball. I think my middle name should have been stress!    My blog name is The Eclectic Element after my beading ‘business’-I personally believe a name is VERY important and not only describe you as a person, but what your trying to accomplish. That in mind, I make jewelry and do a whole bunch of other craft related activities, so when I opened up my first shop on Etsy, I wanted a name that would incorporate not only me, but what I do that would ALSO be flexible if I wanted to go from just jewelry to something else like jewelry and knitting items, etc.

   So I got a notebook and started writing random words on a page that I thought described me, what I do and other things that I felt were right, randomly paired them up and when I got The Eclectic Element I knew it was perfect 😀
