I remember when I was a kid and computers were just starting to enter schools.  Back in the old days, with the bright flashing cursor.  These days, kids are introduced to computers in Kindergarten.  My 6 year old even has an email account – lol!  I was recently introduced to a great site for Email for Kids.  I like that it has parental controls on it, so you can control whose emails your child can receive, receive copies of emails sent to your child, remove images from emails, and more!  There are even time restrictions you can set for your child, as well as activity logs.  Plus, you can block senders if you so desire.

Wow, I think that is a fantastic website!! You are right when you say kids are introduced to technology earlier and earlier this day and age-Even though it’s supposed to make life easier(which most of the time it does), there are still dangers involved.
Great post! Hopefully this helps some parents out there 🙂

Thanks for taking the time to post about this site. I never knew such a thing existed but it’s perfect for my young niece and nephew. My niece is 7 and is on the computer a lot. She loves interacting with people but I always have concerns. I’ll have to show this site to my sister so she can set something up. Thanks!
