Hey there Shannon! I think I love the idea of romance in the air… , I love all the decorations ( although Cupids aren’t my fave… ) but I think just being with that special someone , no matter who it is… friend , spouse, lover or close family is really what its all about;)
I like the break between Christmas and Memorial Day. I like to send little gifts to my family to show my love. definitely like the Chocolates and flowers.

I love Valentine’s Day for all the PINK! Haha. I’m a huuuuge pink fan! 🙂 I love decorating for holidays so having all that pink around for a REAL reason makes me happy!

I also love roses, and spending time with my sweetie.
I really like peeps, too – I know, those disgusting marshmallow things covered in sugar. I really like them when they get stale and hard… how weird am I???

Sign ME UP! I loved the Christmas ones but have never done another holiday and as I’m single…who wouldn’t want a fun Valentine’s Day gifts?? I love candy…milk chocolate baby. I’m not big on the whole flower aspect of the day. I do like that it’s about showing love for someone, even if it’s not your significant other. Since I AM single, it’s a bit depressing sometimes…sigh. hahah

Please sign me up. I love the girliness of valentines day. Pink, red and white….who could ask for a better combination? Little cupids are pretty cute, sparkly stuff is always welcomed but no cinnamon hearts please.
I’ve never done a swap with bloggers before, but this sounds like lots of fun. I’d love to participate and try it out!
As for what I like about Valentine’s Day, I love the pink. It’s my favorite color! I love the romance of it, and that it makes the tough men have to be sweet for once! 🙂 I also love that it doesn’t always have to be romantic – my parents always gave us kiddos Valentine’s gifts and I want to pass that tradition on my to my little man!
And one can’t forget the chocolates, goodies, and flowers! 🙂

I am way excited to enter this swap. I missed out on the holiday swap because of partners unfortunate circumstances. I wish her family all the best and no no no hard feelings. 🙂 I love valentines day for many reasons, the main reason it is my anniversary! This will be year 13 and we have a tradition of going to Red Lobster every year….not sure if we will this year. I love the little things I do for the kiddos on V day too. It is a great day to express love for those in our lives.

I love wearing special Valentine’s jewelry. I love buying my DD a special outfit for Valentine’s Day. I love going out to dinner with my DH for Valentine’s Day. February is a special month for us. My DH’s birthday is the 11th, mine is the 13th, then we celebrate Valentine’s Day and our DD’s birthday is the 23rd. It’s a month of celebration for us.
