Talkin’ Sid the Science Kid Review & Giveaway
My boys love to watch “Sid the Science Kid” and I don’t mind watching it with them! When my kids put “Sid the Science Kid” DVD on, I end up finding myself singing along with the songs – lol! My kids get a kick out of the show and love to interact with the characters – answering questions along the way. Thanks to the producers of the “Sid the Science Kid” series (The Jim Henson Company and KCET – PBS, Los Angeles), I recently had the opportunity to review a Talkin’ Sid the Science Kid toy and thought it adorable! If you’re looking for a last minute Christmas gift, I would definitely recommend the Talkin’ Sid the Science Kid toy!
The Talkin’ Sid the Science Kid can be purchased at Toys ‘R’ Us and retails for $24.99. It is ideal for kids ages 3 and up. You’ll enjoy this soft and loveable plush that is 12 inches tall and comes ready to play with his iconic “microphone.” Simply squeeze his belly to hear seven different popular phrases from the series. The Talkin’ Sid the Science Kid requires two “AA” batteries, which are included.

I would like this for my grandson.
Tristan never misses an episode of Sid. He would enjoy having a Talking Sid to hold while watching the show.
This is one show I let my daycare kids watch. I love the music and how you can always learn something from it. It is so funny to watch the kids when Sid gets to school and him and his friends start singing, I’m Looking For my Friends, they all start dancing along. It’s sooo cute! So I would definitely add this to the toys for my daycare kids.

My grandchildren and I love Sid the Science Kid. Who could not lovea show from the Henson Productions! It is amazing the amount of questions we get from the 5 year old after she watches Sid after school (we have to record them all!). She thinks Sid is cool because he is 5 and has a younger brother like she does. She has learned so much from watching Sid and her teacher even remarked on it.
Our 2 year old grandson loves the music and dances when he watches Sid and his Frends. He really likes Gerald and Zeke. If they have a show that Doesn’t show Sid and his family at breakfast he always asks “No Zeke?” There are times he won’t answer to his name, but if we call him Zeke he’ll look at you and just smile.
