Fisher-Price LogoFisher-Price Smart StepsMy boys love to run around, exercise, and dance.  Thanks to Fisher-Price, I had the opportunity to review the Smart Fit Park and 3-in-1 Smart Sports.  My 6 year old really loved it.  He ran, jumped, skipped, and bounced around – all while watching his actions move the character on the television screen.  I enjoyed watching him play with this, all while exercising his body instead of just sitting there in front of the television.

Smart fit parkWith this TV-interative system, kids can hop, skip, jump, walk, and run their way though multiple levels of learning games and timed challenges.  Your child can start with a warm-up session and work his or her way up through 4 learning games and 3 timed challenges, all the way up to the big race.  It is easily set up.  The Smart Fit Park teaches letter identification, numbers and counting, addition and subtraction, spelling, shapes, pattern, and colors, musical exploration, motor skills, and more!!!  It require 4AA batteries, which are NOT included.  The Fisher-Price Smart Fit Park is idea for kids ages 3-6 years old and retails for $45.00.

Fisher-Price 3-in-1 smart sportsThe Fisher-Price 3-in-1 Smart Sports is another fun learning toy for kids ages 3-7 years old.  This is also a TV-interactive system (like the Smart Fit Park) that lets kids choose from 3 different sports – tennis, golf, or baseball.  They play and get plenty of physical activity and learning fun.  Kids follow character friends through interactive games, with multiple levels of play.  Your child will have a blast swinging away in active play, all while giving brain power a boost along with physical movement.  I like that the sports equipment was lightweight, so as to not break anything nearby.  I would like to point out that children should be supervised while playing to avoid anyone being hurt by the primary player (whether accidentally or on purpose).  The set comes with a base unit, grip controller with baseball bat, golf club, and tennis racket attachments.  It also includes a storage dock to keep everything hand.  This is easily set up with the TV and requires 6 AA batteries, which are NOT included.  Retails for $60.00.
