Introducing “Momologie”

I love receiving newsletter with information I can actually use in my life – such as how to entertain friends and family, recipes, family activities, and more.  I recently signed up for a newsletter called “Momologie.”  “Momologie” was founded by former editors of “Martha Stewart Living” – Gia Russo and Michele Adams.  These are widely published authorities on the topics of everyday living and lifestyle advice for women.  The 2 women also produce their own line of MiGi branded products for home and entertaining.

With “Momologie,” you’ll find a mix of heirloom and contemporary pieces, you’ll learn how to create a beautifully personal tablesetting for your next holiday gathering.  The ideas are inspired by a modern take on traditional folf motifs.  The look is a mix of cross-generational influences, and as generations of a family gather, it seems like an appropriate theme for your Thanksgiving feast.  The result is whimsical and light with rich colors enhanced by touches of pewter and silver.

Start with an unexpected choice of burlap fabric for your tablecloth. We then layer the burlap with a lovely velvet or silk in a deep rust or persimmon color to complement the pattern of the unique dinnerware.
