My kids love to drink milk! In our family, I make them Ovaltine for breakfast. Ovaltine is basically like chocolate milk mix but with more vitamins and nutrients. They drink that up.

I offer them milk to drink with lunch and dinner. When they see their dad drink it, they perk up and want to drink what daddy’s drinking.

Offer milk with dessert. I love dessert, so we often have cookies or ice cream. I offer them milk with their cookies, because who doesn’t like to dunk their cookies, right?

If your kids don’t like the taste of milk, that can be a little more difficult. However, great alternatives to a cup of milk include yogurt, cheese, or pudding. You might also consider whipping up a smoothie with milk, yogurt, and some fruit. This will disguise the aftertaste associated with milk often times.
