I love Jenna Elfman! She is a great actress! I enjoyed watching her in “Dharma and Greg” (one of our favorite shows), as well as movies such as “Ed TV” and “Keeping the Faith.” She is in an all-new show called “Accidentally on Purpose,” airing on CBS on September 21st. Check out the CBS Prime Time TV Schedule.

Thanks to Role Mommy, I had the opportunity to review the Pilot of the show before it was even released on television! I loved it and laughed through much of it. The show is cute and lighthearted! I look forward to watching more episodes of the show!

“Accidentally on Purpose” is a comedy starring Golden Globe Award winner Jenna Elfman. She plays a character named Billie, who is a single woman who finds herself “accidentally” pregnant after a one-night stand with a much younger guy. She decides to keep the baby….and the guy. Billie is a newspaper film critic who is barely surviving after a humiliating breakup with her charming boss, James (Grant Show), who won’t quit their relationship. Expecting a child with her “boy toy,” Zack (Jon Foster), Billie and Zack make an arrangement to live together platonically. Billie’s best friend, party girl Olivia (Ashley Jensen), and her conventional younger sister Abby (Lennon Parham), are looking forward to the new addition and don’t hold back on offering her their own brands of advice and encouraging words. However, when Zack and his group of freeloading friends turn their home into a frat house, Billie begins to wonder if she’s living a boyfriend, roommate, or another child to raise!
