If you know me or read my blog, you know that I LOVE chocolate! I recently had the opportunity to review some boxed chocolates from Anna Shea Chocolates. They were beautiful and tasted so good! They were so pretty that I felt somewhat bad eating them. But they were worth it!
Anna Shea Chocolates is an upscale artisan chocolate company. Tim and Anna Shea started the company about five years ago. Anna Shea has a background in traditional European training and in arts growing up. She has both knowledge and technique, as well as the passion of an artist. The chocolates are described as “jewel-like piece of chocolate [that are] meticulously handcrafted and designed to represent the inspiration behind each flavor.” You have to try them for yourself!
