Thanks to Shauna from Trying to Stay Calm for creating this cute logo for my Tasty Tuesday posts!!

This week I’m going to share my recipe for Chili Mac Skillet. It is so good and easy to make!! Perfect for feeding a big family a delicious meal when you’re on a budget.

Chili Mac Skillet

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can Kidney Beans (about 15.5 oz)
1 can Diced Tomatoes (regular sized can, not small can)
1 can tomato sauce (small can)
1 can corn (regular size)
1 can diced green chiles
1 cup macaroni noodles (not cooked)
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
Lots of shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in pot with chopped onions. Add drained kidney beans, drained corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce, diced green chiles, macaroni noodles, water, chili powder, and garlic salt.

Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer. Cover with lid.

Cook for about 20 minutes until noodles are cooked. Add cheese and stir in. Cook a few more minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve it up and enjoy!!!
