Introducing Amy Africa’s QLOG

I was recently introduced to Amy Africa and her QLOG with 99% Queries and Quisenntials and 1% Quiblings at amyafrica.com. I read one of her posts entitled “Puttin’ Spanx on a Sidewinder.” I wasn’t sure what to expect from the article, but found myself entertained and wanting to read more as I read through it. In it, she relays a real-life experience she had with a company she worked with. It was very entertaining! At the end of the article, she had a section with tips. In this case, the tips were on “5 Things Customers Really Do Care About (and not one of them has to do with pretty designs).” Users on the site are welcome to post comments about the articles or subjects she writes about. The big emphasis of Amy Africa’s site is that users ask questions and then Amy and the audience will answer them through articles and comment responses.
