I have met so many wonderful people through blogging and decided that I wanted to start a new meme called “Featured Blogger Friday.” This will get everyone a chance to meet some of the great bloggers that are out there! 🙂 This week, The Mommy-Files is featuring “Pour Some Sugar on Me” by a fellow Mommy Blogger. Here is a little bit about Pour Some Sugar on Me.
What made you choose the name of your blog?

I am a fun loving girl so I wanted something rockin’ like me! I also love sugar like nobody’s BUSINESS! So I had to incorporate sugar in the title! I could live on sweets. Seriously. Pour Some Sugar On Me!

Who designed your blog?

I won a blog template from someone’s wonderful giveaway! Simply Yours Designs is the wonderful one who created my wonderful page! I love the colors and the design she came up with. It’s so ME!

Why do you blog?

I have a personal blog that I started to keep in touch with my family and post pics of my kids for everyone to see them growing up. Then I started seeing wonderful review, giveaway, and regular writing blogs and was inspired to start Pour Some Sugar On Me. With this new blog I love making new friends and having the chance to review some awesome products.

What is the purpose of your blog?

The purpose of Pour Some Sugar On Me is mostly to network and make some great friends. I’m so happy I came across The Secret Is In The Sauce blog so I can meet some totally awesome bloggers at SitsCation this year!

Do you have any blogging tips (i.e. from those getting started to those who have been blogging longer than you)?

The #1 blogging tip I have is to be real and blog from your heart. Be real and blog for you.

Are you married? If so, how long?

I have been married since May 29 2007! My hubby and I have gone to the same schools since elementary, but never ran into eachother. I had my eyes on him in highschool….I looked him up on Myspace during college and told him we should go out on a date. The rest was history! LOL 😉

Do you have children? If so, how many?

We have 2 amazing kids together. 9 and 1!!! My 9 year old son isn’t my bio son, but he might as well be! Our daughter was born August of 2008. She is our princess.

What is your favorite movie of all time?

Don’t judge me from this one…k? I LOVE Napoleon Dynamite. I can seriously laugh at every line. Dry stupid humor that I don’t have to think about is what Napoleon is about!!!

Who is your favorite actor?

I’d have to say that Val Kilmer is up there. HOt hot hot! Oh baby! I’m not too much of a movie buff though.

What is your favorite dessert?

OMG there’s no fave. All desserts are DIVINE…like I said about my blog title! Haha. A few of my faves are Baked Alaska, hot fudge sundaes, frosting (yes just frosting by itself), & chocolate chip cookie dough. DELISH>

What is your favorite holiday?

Christmas for sure. I love it for my kids sake anymore. I love the way their faces light up when they see all that Santa brings. The meaning of Christmas is something I can’t wait to share with my one year old.

And of course, you know me, there has to be a chocolate question. What is your favorite candy bar?

It totally depends on my mood. Right now I’m on an M&M kick. Is that even a choco bar?
