Summer is pretty much here! The hot weather is abundant in many places and the thirst for water is more noticeable to many! Did you know you should be drinking “at least” 8 glasses of water a day. If you have a Nalgene bottle, it will be that much easier to get the water you need. Thanks to Nalgene, I had the opportunity to review some great products. I received the Refill Not Landfill Bottle and the Gray Oasis Cantene. They are both awesome containers. Not only are they good looking, but they are durable and easy to drink out of.
The Refill Not Landfill Bottle from Nalgene promotes the idea of using a bottle that you can refill instead of a disposable bottle – thereby reducing the amount of waste you produce. The bottle is made of super-tough Polycarbonate, with an attached loop-top cap that won’t come loose – you don’t have to worry about it rolling off and getting dirty or not being able to find it. The large opening is great because you can easily fit ice cubes, it fits most water purifiers and filters, and makes it super easy to hand wash! It is dishwasher safe (best on the top rack – you don’t want it to come in contact with the heating element). It is a 32 ounce bottle. Not to mention it’s resistant to staining, resistant to odors, and withstands temperatures from -135ºC (-211ºF) to 135ºC (275ºF). You can purchase the Refill Not Landfill Bottle for $10.00.
I also loved the Gray Oasis Cantene from Nalgene! Do you remember the old style metal canteens? Now you can carry a cantene designed for modern times! The Nalgene Oasis will carry 32 ounces of water and is easy to hold with its great design. The Cantene is made from durable Eastman Tritan and has a leakproof threaded cap. You’ll love the 38mm narrow mouth closure and that it is GUARANTEED leakproof, as well as being dishwasher safe (remember to put it on the top rack so it doesn’t come in contact with the heating element). Yours will be the coolest canteen in camp. You can purchase the Gray Oasis Cantene for $8.20.

In celebration of the summertime, Nalgene has generously offered to give away one Refill Not Landfill Bottle and one Gray Oasis Canteen to 2 lucky readers on The Mommy-Files (each will receive 1 of the 2).
