I have met so many wonderful people through blogging and decided that I wanted to start a new meme called “Featured Blogger Friday.” This will get everyone a chance to meet some of the great bloggers that are out there! 🙂 The first one is my blogger friend Shauna! Here is a little bit about her and her blogs.

What made you choose the name of your blogs?

I will start with my Trying To Stay Calm Blog…
My mom is always telling me “calm down my dear”. My sister calls me stressball. I think my middle name should have been stress! Another reason, I have three teenage boys 🙂 Now you know why I love Tigger so much! He’s a spaz like me! Always bouncin!
And my Book Giveaway blog…Easy…it is all about book giveaways 🙂

Why do you blog?

It is fun and I love the connection with other awesome women!

What is the purpose of your blog?

My Girl retreat!

Do you have any blogging tips (i.e. from those getting started to those who have been blogging longer than you)?

Keep it simple and fun! I post fun tips on my blog also and you can find lots online too.

Are you married and do you have children? If so, how many?

Yes I am married and have 3 boys. Well, 4 if you count my hubby (he’s a big kid:)

How many kids were in your family growing up? What # were you (i.e. oldest, youngest, etc)?

2 girls and I am the youngest.

What is your favorite movie of all time?

Mrs. Doubtfire

Who is your favorite actor?

Robin Williams in Mrs. Doubtfire for humor and Orlando Bloom in Pirates of the Caribbean for looks 🙂

What are your favorite desserts?

Creme Brulee, Flan, and chocolate anything!

What is your favorite holiday?

Christmas

And of course (you know me, there has to be a chocolate question), what is your favorite candy bar?
