You are in the kitchen. You have an onion you’re holding with one hand and a knife in the other hand. You cut into the onion, take a breath, and a gush of tears begin to surface in your eyes. Darnit! You try to hold your breath and wipe your eyes with your sleeve, but nothing can cut the tear supply off! This is what usually happens to me when I cut onions.

I had the awesome opportunity to review a product from King Arthur Flour – Onion Goggles. I saw something like them on the television show “Castle” but didn’t think there was anything like that out there that worked.
