A while back, I was curious about smoothie recipes available in the blogging world. Thanks to a church event where I had to help create smoothies at an activity, I learned a lot of good recipes for yummy smoothies.

My favorite is this one:

– 1 cup of apple juice
– 5 or 6 frozen strawberries
– 1 banana
– 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt

You blend it together and in a matter of seconds, you have a yummy smoothie (just like the Strawberries Wild one at Jamba Juice). 🙂

Enjoy!

I never thought of adding Apple Juice. That sounds pretty good. You could also exchange the strawberries for frozen mixed berries too. Thanks for the recipe!
