On Thursdays, I’d like to start sharing experiences I’ve had in my life of someone being thoughtful or showing kindness towards me or someone being thoughtful of someone else – hereafter known as “Thoughtful Thursdays.”

This week’s experience happened to me at the grocery store – the same time as the “Dang” incident.

I was in line at the grocery store with several cans of food in my cart (i.e. 15 cans of tuna, 10 cans of kidney beans and garbanzo beans, several cans of tomato sauce and other canned goods). My 8 month old was in his car seat in the grocery cart. I was waiting in line and a woman came over to me from another line and asked me if I’d like to go ahead of her in line. I graciously declined but thanked her for her thoughtfulness and kindness.

Her reply to me was “You’re Welcome. That’s what people should do anyways.” I thought that was so sweet! That’s my thought for Thoughtful Thursday.

Did you have a Thoughtful Thursday moment?
