….I had no idea who the main characters on “Blue’s Clues” were or what “Wiggles” was
….I couldn’t continuously carry 20 pounds of weight in my arms all day long
….I never even thought of buying chicken dinosaurs and a bottle of ketchup would last a few months
….I had never experienced heartburn
….I could laugh without crossing my legs
….I never felt the fear of misplacing a child in the grocery store (aka they wander off as I frantically search for them and find them one aisle over)
….I couldn’t keep my plants alive
….I did not know the words to Disney movies such as “Peter Pan” or “Robin Hood”
….I could eat chocolate whenever I wanted without having to share it
….I could go on a date without paying a babysitter
….I could go to the bookstore without spending the whole time in the kids section
….I had no idea what it felt like or smelled like to be thrown up on
….I had no idea what it felt like to love someone so much
….I had no idea how to be a mom. 🙂
