I Love Deliveries!

Last night at around 9:30 p.m. there was a knock on the door. George and I were ready to go to bed and the kids weren’t even close to falling asleep, even though they were in their beds with the lights off.

We had no idea who’d be knocking this late at night. George asked, “Who is it,” but nobody answered. Then we heard a diesel pull away (the UPS man).

We opened the door and found a package sitting by the door (it was the size of a super extra large pizza). We opened it in the kitchen and found this surprise.

This is a picture from the Fiji’s website. I’ve never received a package like this before. I was actually really excited!

It had an assortment of cheeses (brie, smoked cheese, cheddar, colby jack, and a bunch of other soft cheeses), assortment of sausages, jellies, nuts, breads, and candies. And of course it had a pound of fudge with walnuts on top!

We scored! George’s Grandma Theda loves to order out of mail order catalogs and we sure appreciated this gift a ton! Thank you Theda!
